Dates with Destiny... and more

Opensim is such a great multi media and multi reality place and here are a few items that prove that statement. It's a great way to learn about other cultures and languages and ideas, so be sure to get out there and explore!
First of all congrats to Art Destiny radio which is 2 years old this month!
It's a radio station with commentary by three opensim friends, Richi, Genie Fegte, and Loru - plenty of great music, great chat if you know German or want to practice listening to German and improve your accent, and either way a great choice for the soundtrack to your sim, perhaps. It's a fun way to bring together the diaspora of small grids with a people who know opensim inside out.
Give it a try! Here is their latest promo, which you can also watch on Youtube of course - and if you watch it there you can Like, Comment and of course subscribe to the channel.
Also on ArtDestiny grid, a brand new region by Loru Destiny, in collaboration with her artist husband Tryad, this is a region sized work of art with an environment made using lots of different computer generated material, and a big helping of Loru's own considerable talent and imagination. It's called DestinyLore and the best way to get to the sim is to go to Artdestiny grid Welcome area and use the teleport (full HG Addresses are at the end of this post, as always).
Here is a great trailer video that Loru has provided, don't forget to go over to YT and subscribe, like and comment if you can.
Finally another very German event that you can participate in with 3 distinct party possibilities and a great hypergrid element to it.

The Cologne based friends on Pangea Grid are celebrating that city's unique version of Carnival season with a costume party this Thursday Feb 8. Bring your own outrageous costume, or if you're looking for something, there are some great classic choices in one of the shops on the Koelner Dom region of Pangea. The boxes have prices, but in reality these are free gifts.
Carnival King Marlon is suited, booted, and ready to go
Marlon Wayne: Tricksie Anderton was the costume builder from virtual Cologne  in SL. She gave me her whole costume shop to bring to Pangea.
The fun goes on, because there's a Hypergrid parade on Monday, mirroring the RL parade in the city of Cologne. The Safari bus will be in the mix (I think Marlon souped it up with special motors that look much more powerful!) and so come along and discover who's in the lineup. Maybe next year it will be you!
and then the burning of the Nubbel -poor guy! although if you read about him, he kind of deserves it). All in all some great teutonic creativity and fun to be had - see you out on the hypergrid!
HG Addresses:
ArtDestiny grid arrival point: artdestiny.de:8002 then look for the teleport to bring you to DestinyLore
Pangea Carnival:   pangeagrid.de:8002:Koeln
