Egg sistence on AMV

AMV grid is celebrating the spring season with a whole raft of Easter games and hunts, and among them is the latest offering by Nyx, realworld photographer, digital artist, curator and all round good guy. It's a fabulous, faberge-style eggstravaganza laid out on four different levels.  You should set your environment to Midnight to see it as intended, some of these pictures have more blue in them just to make them a bit easier on the eye in a blog.  When you arrive, there's a poster, you can get the explanatory notecard, which has LMs to where toe goodies are, you know, just to give you a chance...

Thirza Ember: how do you play? click on all eggs?

Nyx Breen: the 5 eggs are hidden. Use your virtual skills to discover which ones will give you a prize. There is one on different levels, all within 75 meters of where the LM takes you, and there are 10 textures in each one... so over 1000 eggs find the five ! lol evil evil laugh

This year, like every year, the Easter season is celebrates with Egg hunts all over AMV grid )and the rest of opensim too of course!) and Nyx wanted to be part of the fun - in his own unique kaleidoscopic way.  The build is walkable but you soon feel like part of the scenery, suspended in a sky so full of color and movement that it's easy to become bewildered. Best to turn on the music and just give yourself up to the sensations of spring and general fecundity.

Nyx Breen: Every egg is phantom. I love this look walking into it.  Also, cam down below, it looks like an Easter basket 

Nyx Breen: Come see the steampunk Humpty eggy men, spewing eggs... if they fall they don't break

Thirza Ember: Humpty without the dumpty. What made you pick textures as a gift?

Nyx Breen: All 50 prizes are shown on the eggs you see here in the build. They are tileable, and they come from my vaults from when I had my store 'VRT textures'. These are the style textures I build with. 

Thirza Ember: so it's a prize that encourages further creativity!

Nyx Breen: yes it is. This will be the largest release of textures that are all original one of a kind creations. I at one time had made over 10k of them all from pictures I took. I plan on using them to retexture women's clothes, at some time make will outfits.

Thirza Ember: So your RL is sneaking into opensim, one tile at a time! How long will this be open just during the easter holiday?

Nyx Breen: I am going to leave it, and when AMV event is over. I'll place a TP to Pangea, which will stun you when you experience it. You are going to want to come see the new exhibits I have up over there with HG. It's one based on "Desires, Dreams, Delites"... it's very adult
