Littlefield Eleven

Littlefield Grid turns 11 years old as an independent grid and they're celebrating!
From Nasa to Firestorm, Littlefield Grid is celebrating the past and the future
There's a special Anniversary region on the grid where many of the grid's residents have set up displays that illustrate the range of builds that you can visit here. There's also a gallery that explains the history of Stonehaven, from the days of SL onwards.

Ada Wong's contribution is plant-based, and shows off the original trees and rocks that are made for the grid.
Mudpuddle Cleanslate's  Pepperland, a popular destination for Beatles lovers, has a large install - looks great from the outside and lovely on the inside too!
The region is set up not just as a showcase but also as the party destination for the festivities., so you can dance and explore at the same time!
The celebrations begin on April 1 so, keep your eye on the Opensimworld's Events for Littlefield Anniversary for the most up to date information about parties.
Toy McBride has set up a fascinating Dr Who exhibit...
... and in the sleek plaza, at sea level, there are many more smaller builds, packed with color and interest, to explore..

... including this intriguing one - all about weights!
There's plenty of variety here, echoing much but certainly not all that the grid has to offer.
Cam Darkstone's 'Worldmakers' is of particular interest.  It was built years ago, for the second anniversary of Littlefield.

Enter the quite severe-looking building, and follow the arrows, read the apt quotation, and enjoy the final installation, at the heart of the build. Take a moment, too, to read the lovely notecard attached to the exhibit, expressing all the feelings of warm love and friendship for this circle of friends.
Congratulations on your 11th anniversary Littlefield, and many happy returns.
