After our first, super romantic hour on Soul Grid, our second stop has its own romance, with a big dose or art and adventure thrown in. This was a return trip to Barefoot Dreamers grid, on the invitation of DJAlex, and the first impressions of the build were ..awesome in the true sense of the word.

Tosha Tyran: it looks ... maybe a less bones? makes me scared to get to close to them

Secret Fantasys: This is an Ancient cavern protected by the Dragons.. at the end you will see what they protect

Thirza Ember: Alex, tell us, did you start with a fixed plan, or did it all just happen as you went along? It feels like a story book
Secret Fantasys: NO Plan I saw some pretty Crystals Alex Built and wanted to make a place for them and it just kept growing :-) there are caves.. and lots of cool little areas and homes here.

Star Ravenhurst: What made you decide to build this in the sky? Rather than the ground. I have thought about doing this very thing, building high up. This inspires me.
Secret Fantasys: OS tore it up a couple times.. but we rebuilt..LOL
DJAlex Harper: we ran out of room... on ground is our home
Thirza Ember: how do you organize the work? do you have roles or do you just work side by side?
DJAlex Harper: side by side

Star Ravenhurst: The grass alone is pretty amazing. SO well done.

Thirza Ember: so can you tell us how you came to be in barefoot dreamers grid?
DJAlex Harper: i found barefoot by the os page fell in love with the people and made it my home... brought Secret over and we starting creating sims
Secret Fantasys: and i was teaching Alex as we went now she is an amazing builder... we have built 5 sims now. We have a winterland as well, and oithers yall could visit sometime... all here on barefoot.
James Atlloud: How fun this is. It must take hours and hours.
Lavia Lavine: A build like this I would think takes months. Moving, adjusting and tweeking until you get it just the way you want it. And I love the transition from the caverns to here that was a surprise.
Secret Fantasys: TY it took us a couple months to complete but we still have more ideas so not really finished I want to connect the caves so we don't back track add a room fro the Dragon eggs
Forest Azure: do do dragons get sacrifices?

Secret Fantasys: so check your pockets before you try to leave.. dragons have good eyesight...LOL
James Atlloud: I've never found pockets in my starfleet leotard!
Thirza Ember: yes... no zipper
James Atlloud: oh forest, I'm so embarrassed - lol. Actually, starfleet is post-scarcity so no need for coin.
Secret Fantasys: and they eat Gnomes I think.. mine vanished 2 times... we would come here and the Gnome world was gone.. LOL
Lavia Lavine: ::hides hands in pockets:: Gold? What gold? I didn't see any gold.

Part of the reason I got lost was that a small group of us were in voice testing Snowbody's Mumble setup so there were many places to demand attention. The comments from others say it all - this is a truly wonderful opensim place!
