Le Beau Retrouvé

 Tomorrow Sunday 28 is the grand opening of Star Ravenhurst's new gallery called le Beau Retrouvé. It's on Genesis RP grid - the Address is as always at the end of the post - and it's a project she has spent many months putting together. It's beautiful!

An idea like this requires a lot of work, from designing the gallery and landscaping the region, to selecting and inviting artists to participate with their pictures, and curating the whole thing to form a pleasing ly harmonious yet diverse collection.

For this opening show, Star has called on Lavia Lavine, Roland Frances, Ms Kal, Moora McMillan, Cataplexia Numbers, to share some of their work. A treat for me, since I'm a huge fan of his photo art,  Roffellos Kisses is here too - great canvases. Plus 3d art pieces, by a bunch of names you'll no doubt know - all of this you can enjoy during the opening party tomorrow at 12 noon.

In addition to the guest exhibitors, (new ones are always welcome - so get in touch!) Star has also put together a collection of portraits and bios about 'women of opensim' tracing some of the most influential and hard working female figures that she has come across. It's a nice tribute and informative too.
