Go Continental on Neverworld

Dawn is breaking over a new continent on Neverworld, and it might just be the answer to your dreams.
The new continent is called Bountiful.
If you don't know Neverland, it's a 7 year old grid with a solid tech, drama-free, HG Friendly reputation. The grid's motto 'Live, Love, Create' fits it perfectly. It's a mixed-use grid, with art installations, a fun Hunt region with worthwhile prizes, a lot of quality freebie shops, and plenty of residential areas too.

The rental charges, if you want to get a region of your own, are reasonable, and there are self-hosting opportunities too. If you just want a bit of a sim to live on, then the prices are ... well, non existent!
I asked Govega what she considers to be the secret of her success.
Govega Sachertorte: I'm nice! Just kidding... I am lucky to have a good team, we give out free land, and we don't micro manage people. We don't force events on them or rules. Or act like a pyramid scheme lol We are the no drama grid. This is the 4th or 5th time I've done a project with a massive themed area, and I am optimistic about the success.  It starts slow and before you know it, you are  turning people away.
To visit the new continent, you should jump over to hg.neverworldgrid.com:8002:Silverbell
When you arrive on the continent you may not realize just how massive the continent is, because even with your draw distance up high, the bordering sims may not show up. They're there, though - use your Map to move around, exploring the various places. This project is only just getting started, so Govega hasn't yet divided all the sims up into parcels.
At time of writing just three of the 36 sims have been parceled out. If you see a place that hasn't yet been divided up, that you think would be perfect for you, don't hesitate to speak up, and they'll try to accommodate you.
Get a plot and invent your very own residential paradise.
Just like any continent, there is space for a wide range of activities. You are free to set up a club, open a store or gallery, or simply build your dream home. While the land can't be terraformed by the individual residents (you can imagine what kind of chaos that would cause), you can adapt your plot with plants and buildings to your heart's content. As Govega said, Neverworld grid is not a place full of rules, but a couple of restrictions apply.
Here's an example - on Mariner's Bay, a store and a fun fair that you could build next to, making a little oasis of entertainment.
Or what about joining the contemporary waterside on Cape Never?

To get land, you need to make yourself a local avatar (easy peasy, just go to the website). You need to come inworld at least once a month, so they know you're still around and interested. You can gain some privacy by using hedge, forest, or fence around your land - and it is your land, you can change the name of the parcel and set Home - but you cannot keep people out with ban lines. The idea is to make a community where openness and freedom of travel is possible, and indeed all the plots have access to the street system, and the water too.
Govega Sachertorte: That is my only big rule - no ban lines. It should be public access so you can fly anywhere. We have an intricate road system - I am even doing a ferry service, and all the waterways are mostly connected - and we  are doing some themed areas. Fae, dystopia, petite, vampires.
Ares Halostar and his vampire friends.
Here's Ares Halostar - he has a homestead with a vampire theme on the continent, so you can see the kind of stylish niche builds that you may expect in your neighborhood, if you move here.
Govega Sachertorte: Right now I have about 10 people helping build. We have had interest, but as I say, I am offering parcels to grid peoples only. The handful of plots you'll see claimed at this early stage are just members that took parcels.
Neverworld Welcome region
Thirza Ember: ok so - quick review.  go to Neverworld.com - make a Neverworld account - Add neverworld to your Viewer in the Grid Manager (the URI is hg.neverworldgrid.com:8002) and then log in. Go to Silverbell sim and from there, take a good look around the 36-sim continent, and find the area you like best - join the Bountiful Continent Group - claim your parcel by clicking on the Mailbox and deleting the 'Available' sign. Then, show up on the grid at least once a month, and build something that fits the concept of a varied and harmonious continent. That sounds doable!  Inevitably, people will have other questions, although perhaps not as dumb as mine... Who can they contact?
Govega Sachertorte: They can IM me inworld, or on the fb group. They can talk to Joshua 7 - he is our rental manager, or Nexus Storm.
