Lampi, Marlon, Tutz and Karsten
Mys Tigerpaw: thank you for all the clothes Lampi... it is all thanks to Lampi :0)
Marlon Wayne -> en: only karsten looks looooool as always
Karsten Runningbear: oh i can change :)
Lampithaler Artist -> en: A warm welcome everyone, it’s great to see you.
Karsten Runningbear: Hello all are welcome
Francisco Koolhoven: Hi everyone
Dings Digital: steampunk insects
Tutz Zabelin: Welcome everyone to Steampunk sim at Pangea grid. I am always very happy when Safari comes to Pangea . The last time we met was on my The Waterfall Swamp sim. I am happy about the comments I received then, and I am grateful for them.
Star Ravenhurst: Yes it was very beautiful
Tutz Zabelin: It is rewarding to receive both positive and negative feedback, it makes you dare more in your building and achieve better results. My English isn't very good, but you are welcome to ask questions during the tour. However, sometimes I miss reading them, so please ask again later. About Steampunk sim. The buildings on this island were purchased online by the owner Pangea Grid, Marlon Wayne, from KitBash3D. Most parts from KitBash3D come in large, heavy pieces and are usually impossible to upload. We would therefore like to send a big thank you to Jason Flux for the enormous amount of work he put into dividing up the buildings to make them possible to upload. Thank you very very much, Jason!
Thirza Ember: wow that's a big job... lots of Blender work!
Tutz Zabelin: About 80% of the buildings cannot be entered; they are facades. The ones that can be entered are houses I have built, but they are not furnished. It has been fun and rewarding to build this island, and I am grateful that I was asked to do it :) Thank you, Marlon!!! It probably won't take long to walk around this island, so afterwards you can go and dance at our Steampunk disco until it's time for you to move on to the next place.
Tosha Tyran: follow the yellow brick road

Tutz leads the way
Tutz Zabelin: On this sim, there are some large areas between the houses, and I have tried to limit the number of objects as the houses weigh quite a lot. And don't laugh at me for laying out a route for us to follow, because there are so many streets and buildings that it's easy to get lost. Be careful not to fall into the water here, as there are no railings in all places.
Petlove Petshop: nice canal
Lavia LLavine: This is all very nicely done
James.Atlloud: No sitting allowed on that train engine back there.
Tutz Zabelin: here is one of marlons buildings
Marlon Wayne: thats the engine room from steampunk
Tosha Tyran: hmm, I see steam - but where is the punk? :D
Nara Nook: This build is gorgeous
Petlove Petshop: How long did it take to build this beautiful place?
Marlon Wayne -> en: Jason works in blender about 4 months ... from the Idea to the ready sim = 5-6 month
Mys Tigerpaw: every time Tutz builds a sim it is always so gorgeous and you think how will she be able to top this one, and then she just builds another amazing sim and does :0)
Star Ravenhurst: It all looks amazing, the textures are really nice and the EEP is perfect for setting the atmosphere.
James Atlloud: When the shadow from the large ship circling above us I feel like a frightened mouse in the field would feel with an eagle overhead!... The buildings are very dramatic!
Lavia LLavine: They're beautiful
James Atlloud: yes, great EEP
Tosha Tyran: they are absolutely gorgeous, James!
Forest Azure: do they have insides?
Marlon Wayne -> en: we start with steampunk 2023
Tutz Zabelin: if I could do this.. lol... I be happy
Marlon Wayne: I saw this set at Kitbash3d and I loved it, I gave it to Jason to make it ready to upload ... after this Jason can't see any steampunk houses
Mys Tigerpaw: yes Tutz, but you did the lay out and put it all together nicely, also getting all the roads seamless and fences etc., it is no easy task
Thirza Ember: Mys Tigerpaw is right - the layout of the build is really what makes the buildings look their best
Dings Digital: yes, very well arranged
Star Ravenhurst: Basically it is a Steampunk build without the typical organization of a town and government, but to showcase the beauty of the buildings.
Thirza Ember: it looks like a very expensive neighborhood.... Safari people may come and live here, we do well in a place with no government
Taarna Welles: Yes for sure :)
Mys Tigerpaw: lol, i was just thinking that I should scout a house to squat

James couldn't sit in this car, but he tried standing inside it, you can see his fluorescent crocs underneath
Nara Nook: The buildings are stunning and I usually don't like lots of buildings. The building with the Vitrola in the tower is so beautiful
James Atlloud: yes, I agree Nara
Tutz Zabelin: I hope you enjoyed your walk through our Steampunk sim... we go look the disco
Tosha Tyran: oh heck - this is most interesting looking
Nara Nook: great party spot... I wonder what steampunk music sounds like
Petlove Petshop: i really like the music on the sim too
Forest Azure: ah steam.. maybe it helps to clean my grey face
Mys Tigerpaw: facial and work out in one
Tutz Zabelin: next time we meet, I'll show you a sim where you can walk into all houses. It's not ready yet. But fun work.
Mys Tigerpaw: i love decorating houses
Thirza.Ember: it's nice when the houses are decorated, but it also makes the sim even heavier... it's hard to get the right balance between authenticity and detail... and walking about
Marlon Wayne: when you find Time the next day go to the sim Baerchenland 1 here in Pangea
Thirza Ember: so many interesting pieces of art and architecture here
Petlove Petshop: for sure
Tosha Tyran: also in here: brilliant texture
Taarna Welles: I love Steampunk 100%
Mys Tigerpaw: we are team punk
Taarna Welles: Good one Mys ha ha ha
Neo Cortex: This thing rotating above us is really puzzling: 3 outer sides, 4 on the inside...
Tosha Tyran: ooh good grief... weather warning RL... please, not again!
Karsten Runningbear: come to us tosha, here is fine weather
Tosha Tyran: ok, send me a plane, Karsten
Karsten Runningbear: maybe i will send you a submarine :)
Neo Cortex: Steam driven and yellow, please
James Atlloud: Very clever that 'cube' over the dance ball Marlon.
Marlon Wayne: Dear Safaris, it was an honor to show you the sim. Thank you for coming and have fun on your 2nd tour
James Atlloud: Thank you Marlon - this is just beautiful!
Petlove Petshop: Marlon it's like time out of mind - way beautiful!
Mys Tigerpaw: well done marlon, tutz and Jason, it is an amazing build, have fun at the next place
Forest Azure: thank you! a great tour!
Sven Ingersoll: ty Marlon...great tour and ty Tutz too
Sasha RoseBud: this is better than Egypt's pyramids... so awesome !!
Star Ravenhurst: Thank you Tutz for the tour!
Taarna Welles: Thank you for showing the region. It was really nice.
Lampithaler Artist -> en: All the best to you and thank you for your visit :-)
Tutz Zabelin: We at Pangea Grid wish you a pleasant journey to the next Grid... see you all soon
